Formación

• Education: minimum high school diploma (SMA or equivalent).
• Experience in ticketing or professional customer service preferred.
• Strong command of English and excellent communication.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Reservation Management: handling passenger bookings and flight reservations.
• Irregularity Handling: managing disruptions, refunds, rescheduling, and updates.
• Communication: providing updates on services and campaigns.
• Reporting: compiling daily flight reports for passenger and cargo metrics.
• Logistics Monitoring: cargo tracking and baggage status.
• Operational Coordination: coordinating with daily ops and stakeholders.
• Passenger Services: monitoring check-in and boarding efficiency.
