Gelombang is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to support passenger ticketing, reservations, and check-in processes. You will handle irregular flight situations, process refunds and rescheduling, and help communicate delays or cancellations.

You will also share information on products and promotions, generate daily flight reports, monitor cargo, and resolve passenger and baggage issues. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent (SMA or similar).
• Experience in ticketing/reservation systems or customer service preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Strong English communication, both written and spoken.
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Managing passenger ticket bookings and reservation processes.
• Handling irregular flight situations: refunds, rescheduling, delays or cancellations.
• Proactively sharing information regarding company products, services, and promotions.
• Generating comprehensive daily flight reports covering passenger and cargo data.
• Assisting with cargo monitoring procedures for scheduled flights.
• Tracking and resolving passenger and baggage irregularities.
• Collaborating with daily operational teams and stakeholders.
• Overseeing and supporting smooth passenger check-in and boarding procedures.
