Job summary

PT Murni Parmacahati Lestari is seeking an Inventory & Warehouse Controller to manage comprehensive stock control for a fleet operation in Bekasi. You will record all receipts and issues, maintain accurate stock data, and ensure proper documentation for spare parts and vehicle maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include stock reconciliation, weekly/monthly stock checks, maintaining spare part codes, monitoring stock levels, and creating maintenance history for each vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience recording goods receipts and issues and maintaining stock accuracy.
• Familiar with warehouse documentation and data entry for spare parts and vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Record all goods receipts from suppliers and sparepart purchases, and all goods issues based on requests from mechanics or departments.
• Ensure alignment between physical sparepart stock and stock data through regular stock checks.
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock opname.
• Assign clear codes and specs to spare parts.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels for high-usage items.
• Ensure all warehouse transactions have proper documentation.
