Job summary

PT Indocool Solusi Cemerlang is seeking an Inventory Clerk to record and track inventory and asset movements in Bogor. The role ensures stock availability, accuracy, and proper asset tagging while supporting administrative tasks in inventory management.

The position welcomes fresh graduates with a Diploma (D3) in Logistics, SCM, or related fields. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ERP are advantageous for effective stock control and coordination with Warehouse, Procurement, and

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and stock management.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with inventory systems or ERP is an advantage.
Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
Good communication and coordination skills. (Fluent in english)
Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Record and monitor inventory and asset movements, including receipts, issues, and internal transfers.
Monitor stock levels to ensure inventory availability and accuracy.
Conduct physical stock counts and reconcile results with system records.
Coordinate with Warehouse, Procurement, and Production teams to maintain stock availability.
Ensure proper asset tagging and identification.
Provide administrative support for inventory and asset management activities.
