PT Multiyasa Swadaya is seeking a Warehouse Administrator to manage inbound and outbound goods entries, generate delivery orders, and ensure accurate documentation. You will oversee stock counts, maintain organized archives, and produce regular stock reports for management.

A detail-oriented candidate with ERP and Excel proficiency is preferred. Minimum one year of relevant experience and a Diploma/degree is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in warehouse administration, inventory coordination, or logistics-related roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data tables.
• Ability to cross-check PO, PO and shipping documents for quantity accuracy.
• Excellent communication, time-management, and team collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Verify and input all inbound goods from suppliers and outbound goods into the internal system in a timely and disciplined manner.
• Generate, print, and validate delivery orders, shipping labels, item TAGs and other documents.
• Cross-check physical items against PO and shipping manifests to ensure accuracy.
• Organize and manage archives (delivery orders, PO, invoices) for audits and retrieval.
• Maintain warehouse forms in line with quality management standards.
• Compile and present daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports to management.
• Participate in routine stock takes in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Identify and report any variances between physical counts and system balances.
