GSM | XanhSM Co.,LTD is seeking a Fleet Operations Coordinator to oversee vehicle stock, asset management, and hub logistics. The role requires coordinating with warehousing, transport, and administration teams to maintain compliance and accuracy.

The position emphasizes on-site work at Jabodetabek hubs, with focus on vehicle inspections, stock audits, and timely reporting to support daily operations.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Asset Management, Warehouse Operations, or Transport/Logistics.
• Hands-on in vehicle inspection, stock auditing, and vehicle documentation (STNK/KIR).
• Proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Fleet Management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• High accuracy, attention to detail, strong ownership, and coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Control the quantity, quality, and status of vehicles in stock and ensure the WMS is updated accurately.
• Manage the Company’s assets, equipment, and facilities at the Hub/Warehouse.
• Complete vehicle registration and licensing procedures in alignment with the operational schedule.
• Execute the handover and return process of vehicles and uniforms to Drivers.
• Prepare and submit periodic operational reports.
