Job summary

Marvellous & Natural Flavour (M & N FLAVOUR) invites applications for a hands-on Flavour Application & Development Supervisor to lead flavour application, matching, product development, and technical problem-solving, guiding our R&D/Application team.

The role emphasizes developing and optimizing flavour formulations for food and beverage products, conducting matching, benchmarking and sensory evaluation, and supporting sales with technical trials.

Qualifications

• S1 or S2 in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemistry or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in flavour/R&D
• Experience with flavour formulation and matching
• Strong sensory evaluation and problem-solving skills
• Able to lead and coach a team

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize flavour formulations and applications for food & beverage products.
• Conduct flavour matching, benchmarking, and sensory evaluation.
• Troubleshoot flavour issues and develop practical solutions.
• Lead R&D/Application projects from brief to final solution.
• Coach junior R&D/Application team members and support Sales with technical trials.

FLAVOUR APPLICATION & DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR

We are looking for ahands-on Flavour Application & Development Supervisorto lead flavour application, matching, product development, and technical problem-solving, while guiding our R&D/Application team.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimizeflavour formulations and applicationsfor food & beverage products.

Conductflavour matching, benchmarking, and sensory evaluation.

Troubleshoot flavour and application issues and develop practical solutions.

Lead and monitor R&D/Application projects from brief to final solution.

Coach and develop junior R&D/Application team members.

Support Sales and customers withtechnical trials and product development.

Work closely with Sales, R&D, QC, Production, and Purchasing.

Requirements

S1 or S2 inFood Technology, Food Science, Chemistry, or related field.

3–5 yearsof experience in flavour, food & beverage R&D, application, or product development.

Experience inflavour formulation (Food / Beverage related products), matching, and applicationis highly preferred.

Strong sensory evaluation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Able towork independently with minimal supervision.

Able to lead, coach, and develop team members.

Hands-on, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership of projects.
