MANE, a global leader in fragrance and flavour, invites applicants for an Analytical Research role in Indonesia. You will analyze and reverse engineer flavour compounds using GCMS and HPLC, support R&D, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external teams.
The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of GCMS experience, preferably in the Flavour & Fragrance industry. English fluency is essential, and collaboration within a team is emphasised.
As part of the Analytical Research team, conduct analysis and reverse engineering of flavour, fragrance, and raw materials using GCMS and HPLC.
Perform market product extraction and sample preparation when required.
Operate and carry out basic maintenance of GCMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytical data and results.
Manage analysis activities to meet project timelines and schedules.
Prepare analysis reports and communicate results clearly with internal and external departments.
Support R&D and related teams by providing technical analytical insights.
Qualifications :Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Analyst, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in GCMS analysis, or R&D, preferably in the Flavour & Fragrance industry.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Strong analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
Good communication skills, open-minded, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.
