Job summary

Eurofragance Indonesia invites a detail-oriented laboratory professional to join our fragrance team. You will compound trials, dose materials precisely, and ensure batch traceability using SAP or PINS, while maintaining clean, organized lab space and accurate inventory records.

The role requires at least a Diploma in Chemistry and 2–3 years in a fragrance-related position. Proficiency in English and MS Office is essential to communicate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) in Chemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in a similar role within the fragrance industry.
• Olfactory knowledge is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus.
• Able to dose and weigh quickly and accurately.
• English communication via speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Work in the laboratory, compounding trials as requested by perfumers, customer service and evaluators.
• Dose all raw materials in the formula with high accuracy.
• Use tablet and barcode reader to update raw material consumption and ensure batch traceability.
• Log raw material movements in IT systems (PINS or SAP) depending on movement type.
• Maintain raw material inventory and 5S in the compounding lab.

What's your mission?

Follow safe working procedure and complete assigned tasks with correct records and meet required processes which include raw material pouring & mixing and operate weighing, mixing, filtration, automated dosing machine and other associated equipment in the sample lab area.

Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day

• Work in the laboratory, compounding the trials as requested by our Perfumers, Customer Service and Evaluators.

• Dose all the raw materials contained in the formula with high accuracy.

• Use tablet and the barcode reader to update all the raw material consumption and ensure traceability of every batch.

• Update every raw material movement in our IT systems, using PINS (internal software) or SAP depending on the movement type.

• Maintaining raw material inventory as well as maintaining 5s in the compounding lab

What you need to shine in this role

• Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in Chemistry or related field

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience working in a similar position within Fragrance Industry

• Olfactory skills / knowledge would be an advantage

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT); Knowledge of SAP is a plus

• Ability to work quickly and accurately in dosing and weighing on a small scale

• Effective communication skills in English.
