Job summary

MANE, a global leader in fragrance and flavour, invites applicants for an Analytical Research role in Indonesia. You will analyze and reverse engineer flavour compounds using GCMS and HPLC, support R&D, and prepare detailed reports for internal and external teams.

The position requires a minimum Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of GCMS experience, preferably in the Flavour & Fragrance industry. English fluency is essential, and collaboration within a team is emphasised.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Chemical Analyst, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in GCMS analysis, or R&D, preferably in the Flavour & Fragrance industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with high attention to detail.
• Good communication skills, open-minded, proactive, and able to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• As part of Analytical Research team, conduct analysis and reverse engineering of flavour, fragrance, and raw materials using GCMS and HPLC.
• Perform market product extraction and sample preparation when required.
• Operate and carry out basic maintenance of GCMS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency of analytical data and results.
• Manage analysis activities to meet project timelines and schedules.
• Prepare analysis reports and communicate results clearly with internal and external departments.
• Support R&D and related teams by providing technical analytical insights.
