Job summary

CV Cahaya Maju is seeking an experienced Manager FAT (Fixed Assets and Tools) to join our finance team in Surabaya, East Java. This full-time role oversees the company’s fixed asset portfolio and tools inventory, including depreciation calculations and asset tracking to ensure accurate financial records and efficient operations.

You will manage depreciation, maintain asset registers, and mentor junior staff, while ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Maximum age 40 years.
• Minimum 3 years in fixed asset or cost accounting.
• Strong knowledge of fixed asset management, depreciation, and valuation.
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel; Indonesian regulations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fixed asset lifecycle from acquisition to disposal.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and reconcile with GL.
• Calculate and record depreciation per standards.
• Perform asset verification and inventory counts.
• Prepare fixed asset reports for management.
• Manage tools inventory system and maintenance tracking.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and audits.
• Investigate discrepancies and prepare adjustment docs.
• Liaise with departments on asset movements.
• Develop improved fixed asset processes.
• Provide training to junior staff on asset management.
