Job summary

Bridgestone Tire Indonesia is seeking a specialist to manage fixed assets for the Plant and related corporate functions, ensuring alignment with policies and standards. You will analyze CAPEX vs budgets, oversee CIP capitalization, and coordinate asset verifications with stakeholders at the Plant and Head Office.

The role requires SAP and Excel proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple priorities. Manufacturing accounting exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Fixed Asset Accounting, Internal Controls, and CAPEX processes.
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in manufacturing accounting and audit engagement is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets for Plant and corporate functions per policies and standards.
• Analyze CAPEX performance vs approved budgets with variance insights.
• Monitor Construction in Progress (CIP) balances and coordinate capitalization.
• Plan periodic fixed asset physical verification for Plant and Head Office.
• Perform reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and follow up findings.
• Prepare journal entries related to fixed assets, accruals, WIP, and adjustments.
• Support month-end closing with reconciliations and management reporting.
