SAMIR is seeking a energetic Telesales Staff to contact potential clients, present our loan products, and explain benefits over the phone. The role focuses on outbound calls, building rapport, and converting prospects into customers while meeting sales targets.

You will work in a collaborative fintech environment, handle customer questions, follow up diligently, and contribute to a high-performing sales team.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of experience in Telemarketing or Telesales.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and being a team player.
• Able to work with deadlines and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Present and explain products, highlighting benefits and features.
• Engage clients to encourage product usage and close sales.
• Resolve client concerns related to product usage to ensure satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed company sales targets.
• Negotiate with customers and provide convincing explanations over the phone.
• Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement.
