Job summary

Qualifications

3+ years in fintech/product development or payments.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Can understand technical concepts and brainstorm with engineers.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end product development from idea to metrics.
Monitor key metrics and identify issues to improve the product.
Integrate user research and data analysis into product requirements.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
Collaborate with engineering, designers, analysts, data science, risk, and other divisions.
