BukuWarung seeks a commercially minded Business Development Manager to lead strategic partner acquisition and revenue-driven collaborations for its fintech business in Indonesia. You will identify, negotiate, launch, and grow partnerships with banks, e-wallets, payment gateways, merchants, platforms, and other ecosystem players.

The ideal candidate has strong fintech business development experience, a deep understanding of the Indonesian market, and the ability to convert strategic opportunities

Formación

• Experience in business development within fintech, payments, lending, banking, or digital platforms.
• Understanding of the Indonesian market and regulatory context.
• Ability to translate strategic opportunities into measurable business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the company's partnership strategy aligned with growth objectives in Indonesia.
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize partnership opportunities across fintech, banking, payments, digital commerce, telco, and platforms.
• Build a pipeline of strategic partners to drive customer acquisition, product distribution, and revenue growth.
• Lead end-to-end partnership discussions: outreach, pitching, commercial structuring, negotiation, and contracts.
• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, risk, compliance, and technology teams for onboarding and implementation.
• Define partnership KPIs and report on pipeline status, deal progress, partner performance, and revenue contribution.
