Job summary

PT RUMAH PENGIRIMAN UANG INDONESIA is seeking a tech-savvy IT Support Specialist to assist our Customer Service team with payment gateway issues, integrations, and system errors. If you're detail-oriented and quick at troubleshooting, we'd love to hear from you.

You will work with developers and QA to resolve customer-impacting problems, monitor performance, maintain tools and documentation, and train non-technical staff in basic steps.

Qualifications

Degree in IT/CS required or equivalent professional training.
1–2 years in IT support or technical customer support, fintech or SaaS preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and payment systems is a plus.
Excellent written and spoken communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support to resolve payment transactions, integration, and system errors.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues to relevant teams when needed.
Monitor system performance and identify recurring bugs.
Maintain internal tools, dashboards and support documentation.
Coordinate with developers and QA to resolve customer-impacting problems.
Ensure quick turnaround on technical support tickets.
Train non-technical staff on basic troubleshooting steps.
