Qualifications

• Fluent in Melayu (mandatory).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Desk Collection.
• No overdue PayLater or credit card (CC) payments.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers with overdue payments via telephone.
• Remind customers of outstanding balances and encourage timely repayment.
• Follow up on payment commitments and maintain accurate collection records.
• Communicate professionally with customers while following company collection procedures.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and performance indicators.
