Mobee is seeking a Legal Manager to oversee regulatory compliance, licensing, and contract management for its cryptocurrency exchange. The role requires strong fintech/crypto law expertise and experience with financial authorities.

The candidate will lead policy development, corporate governance, and risk mitigation while guiding cross-functional teams through evolving crypto regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree of Law required.
• 5+ years of legal experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency laws, financial regulations, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience handling regulatory inquiries and working with financial authorities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with evolving regulations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee regulatory compliance and licensing for the crypto exchange.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including partnerships and vendor agreements.
• Support corporate governance, risk management, and dispute resolution.
• Engage with regulators and external counsel as needed.
