Job summary

PT WANHE GARMENT INDONESIA is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse SPV to supervise daily warehouse operations for garment products. You will oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipment preparation, ensuring proper labeling and adherence to customer specs.

The role requires 3+ years in warehouse operations, 1+ year in a supervisory position, and strong knowledge of inventory control and WMS. English is preferred; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) in Logistics, SCM, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience, garment/textile preferred.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory/lead role.
• Strong knowledge of finished goods warehouse management, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
• Familiar with garment packing, carton management, barcode systems, and shipment prep.
• Proficient in Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• English preferred; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Production, QC, Merchandising, and Logistics to ensure on-time shipments.
• Ensure shipments meet delivery schedules and customer specs.
• Maintain warehouse records, stock reports, and shipment documentation.
• Implement warehouse safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards.
• Lead, train, and evaluate warehouse team members to hit targets.
• Identify issues and implement improvements to increase efficiency.
