Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Inventory Control, PPIC, or Warehouse Operations, preferably in FMCG, E-commerce, or Beauty brand.
• Strong familiarity with omnichannel inventory management systems and major marketplace dashboards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for tracking, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, numerical agility, and proactive problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and coordination to work with multi-location warehouses and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time finished goods inventory across multiple warehouses through centralized systems.
• Reconcile data against active marketplace stocks to ensure zero discrepancies and prevent overselling.
• Forecast stock availability ahead of campaigns and restocks.
• Track inventory movement velocities across channels and coordinate replenishment.
• Coordinate internal stock transfers and inbound logistics to maintain efficient fulfillment.
• Act as main contact for customer care and fulfillment to resolve stock issues swiftly.
