Traveloka is seeking an experienced Product Manager for its Financing team in Indonesia. You will own the product strategy for a key Financing area, shaping decision-making with data, risk, and operational considerations across markets.

You will frame ambiguous problems, build analytical frameworks, and collaborate with engineering, risk, and commercial partners to deliver impact at scale, including guiding AI-enabled discovery and analysis.

Formación

• Minimum 5+ years in product management, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or STEM.
• Own strategy for a significant area, turn ambiguous problems into clear direction, and demonstrate measurable outcomes from strategic decisions.
• Balance commercial and operational impact beyond feature delivery, and clearly defend trade-offs.
• Build analytical and decision frameworks that teams continue using, and influence product and engineering leaders through evidence, including without final decision authority.
• Guide AI use across discovery and analysis, knowing when it improves decisions and when human judgment should lead.

• Persuade product and engineering leadership of your direction through evidence and reasoning
• Direct how the team uses AI tools across discovery and analysis
• Judge where AI tools sharpen decisions and where human judgment must lead
