Job summary

NCR Atleos in Indonesia seeks a Senior Account Manager to grow our financial services portfolio, focusing on self-service banking solutions and strong client relationships. You will drive profitability, manage key accounts and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.

The role requires extensive banking sector experience in Indonesia, deep relationship management, and a consultative selling approach to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or Commerce (MBA preferred).
• 15 years of proven sales experience.
• Proven experience in the Financial industry with strong relationships and strategic account planning.
• Entrepreneurial drive and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Experience selling solutions – infrastructure & software applications advantageous.
• Proven quota attainment in sales.
• Managing large account relationships and high value deals.
• Ability to develop senior level customer relationships.
• Strong consultative selling to demonstrate value.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead a diverse team.
• Business-level English; local language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and grow financial services accounts by selling self-service banking solutions.
• Coordinate with sales support, factory, product management and internal resources.
• Manage prospects within assigned account base.
• Schedule regular customer meetings to discuss issues, performance and rollouts.
• Work closely with NCR appointed channel partners.
• Establish executive engagement with CXO/CIO levels in banks.
• Build the pipeline with qualified opportunities and run campaigns to drive growth.
• Obtain customer information to respond to needs and requirements.
• Leverage industry knowledge to uncover future opportunities.
• Report to Managing Director India & Executive VP Sales SEA.
