Job summary

PT OLPACK is seeking an organized accounting professional to manage financial transactions, records, and reporting for our company in Indonesia. The role focuses on accuracy and timely processing of journals, invoices, and financial documents.

You will support AP/AR, prepare monthly reports, assist with monthly closings, and help with tax data. Ideal candidate has a degree in accounting, strong Excel skills, and experience with Accurate software.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 education in Accounting.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented and responsible.
• Experience using Accurate software.

Responsibilities

• Record company financial transactions
• Create and verify transaction journals
• Manage and verify invoices, notes, and financial documents
• Perform reconciliation and financial data verification
• Assist with AP and AR processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports
• Organize and file accounting documents neatly
• Assist with monthly closing processes
• Prepare data and documents required for tax purposes
• Perform other accounting administration tasks as needed by the company
