Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

We are looking for a Financial, Planning & Analyst Manager to lead financial planning, analysis, and performance management activities. This role will be responsible for providing reliable financial insights to support business evaluation, strategic decision-making, and sustainable business performance. The position will also play an important role in strengthening financial controls, managing business risks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management and governance.

Key responsibilities

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling processes to support business planning and performance management.

Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights on business performance, financial trends, and key variances.

Evaluate business performance and provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.

Develop and assess business scenarios, financial projections, and risk considerations to support business planning and decision-making.

Strengthen internal control, financial governance, and compliance to ensure effective and accountable financial management.

Lead, develop, and collaborate with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Provide financial perspectives and recommendations to management on key business initiatives and opportunities.

About you

Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting.

5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge and experience in budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling.

Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Good understanding of business evaluation, financial planning, and strategic decision-making.

Ability to assess business risks and develop financial/business scenarios.

Strong understanding of internal control and financial governance.

Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
