This role strengthens financial governance, manages business risks, and partners with cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling knowledge
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial controlling processes to support business planning and performance management.
• Conduct financial analysis and reporting, providing insights on business performance and key variances.
• Evaluate business performance and provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and assess business scenarios, financial projections, and risk considerations to support planning and decision-making.
• Strengthen internal control, financial governance, and compliance to ensure effective financial management.
• Lead, develop, and collaborate with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Provide financial perspectives and recommendations to management on key business initiatives and opportunities.
