PT. Erajaya Swasembada, Tbk. in Jakarta is seeking a seasoned Financial Planning & Analysis professional to partner with multiple departments and drive insightful financial analysis of trends and KPIs.

You will own reporting, compare actuals to budgets, evaluate store performance against IRR and feasibility studies, and conduct variance analyses. The role also covers ad hoc data reconciliations to inform strategic decisions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor Degree from any major.
• More than 4 years experience in Financial Planning & Analysis
• Background from Retail Industry
• Strong business analytical skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English

Responsabilidades

• Become a business partner for other department providing essential analysis on actual trend & KPIs
• Managing reporting: comparing actual vs budget with explanatory analysis for improvement
• Review store performance compare to IRR & feasibility study and analyze for variance
