Analyze financial performance, including variance analysis and key business metrics, to identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Develop and deliver both regular and ad-hoc financial reports and analysis to support timely and effective management decision-making. (Example : Production Yield, Inventory Turn-Over, Production Cost / Overhead Cost, Lead Time, Budget Actualization, etc).

Define and monitor relevant financial and operational KPIs across business units to ensure clear visibility of performance.

Partner with business unit leaders to provide financial perspectives, challenge assumptions, and support strategic decision-making across key initiatives.

Maintain and foster positive relationships and cooperation with internal and external parties to achieve business goals.

Monitor and maintain financial data to keep updated with current condition and have it accurate in the system (ERP and others) to support accurate report and analysis.

Provide technical support and discussion for users to meet business objectives.

Ensure compliance and SLAs have been met to achieve operational excellence.
