Job summary

Bluebirdgroup is seeking a Commercial Data Analyst – Assistant Manager in Jakarta Pusat to monitor and analyze operational and commercial performance across business units. You will support initiatives to improve financial performance, productivity, and fleet utilization, and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Planning, Performance Management, Commercial Strategy, Operations Management, or Business Development.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational and commercial performance across business units on a regular basis.

• Ensure the availability of accurate and reliable data to support business planning, monitoring, and decision-making.

• Understanding of business processes in the transportation, service, or related industries is an advantage.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, business case development, and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication, cross-functional coordination, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving, project management, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Willing to travel to branches or operational units as required.
