PT. AICE ICE CREAM JATIM INDUSTRY invites a Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our finance team. You will lead cost accounting analyses, interpret financial statements, and prepare insightful reports for management.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting or economics, at least 3 years in a similar role, and strong Excel and English communication skills. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong cost accounting skills and ability to interpret financial reports.
• Experience in conducting analysis and preparing reports.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and English communication.

• Compare budgets, forecasts, and actual expenses to identify variances.
