Job summary

Sociolla is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis/Accounting professional to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role collaborates cross-functionally and requires strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is preferred. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-3 years of FP&A or accounting experience, with excellent organizational and communication abilities to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in FP&A or Accounting.
• Strong numerical and analytical thinking with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace preferred.
• Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Effective communicator and comfortable working cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A Manager in the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering, validating, and maintaining financial inputs
• Track and maintain financial and operating metrics for daily/weekly/monthly reporting with high data accuracy and consistency
• Investigate performance drivers and flag anomalies for review during Monthly Business Performance Review preparations
• Act as business partner for assigned scope
