Job summary

Aice Group Holdings Pte Ltd in Jakarta invites applications for a Finance Transformation & System Assistant Manager to drive finance process standardization, ERP enhancements, and automation across business units.

Qualifications

Finance Transformation & System Assistant Manager

To support Finance Transformation initiatives across Aice Group, with a focus on finance process improvement, accounting and reporting enhancement, ERP and finance system development, automation, and standardization across business units.

Key responsibilities

Support Finance Transformation initiatives across Aice Group, including finance process standardization, system enhancement, reporting improvement, and internal control improvement.

Work closely with Finance users to understand business and accounting requirements and translate them into functional/system requirements for IT teams and external system vendors.

Participate in ERP and finance system implementation/enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, process mapping, solution review, UAT, issue resolution, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Review end-to-end finance processes and identify process gaps, system gaps, control weaknesses, data-quality issues, and automation opportunities.

Support finance process automation initiatives, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other digital/automation solutions.

Support Group financial reporting and consolidation-related initiatives, including intercompany processes and standardization of financial data across entities.

Coordinate with Finance, IT, business units, and external consultants/vendors in delivering Finance Transformation projects.

Support the development and implementation of finance policies, SOPs, controls, and standardized processes across the Group.

Support other strategic Finance Transformation projects as assigned.

Job Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, or related field.

Minimum 5-7 years of relevant professional experience in Accounting, Finance Transformation, Finance Systems, or related roles.

Strong foundation in accounting and financial reporting, with exposure to group consolidation and intercompany accounting.

Strong understanding of Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and end-to-end finance processes.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems, with strong functional understanding of finance-related modules, master data, transaction flows, and system/data integration.

Experience participating in ERP implementation, finance system implementation, or major system enhancement projects, including requirement gathering, process mapping, UAT, issue resolution, and implementation support.

Strong ability to translate accounting/business requirements into functional and system requirements and communicate effectively with IT teams and ERP vendors.

Experience or familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and finance process automation, including process identification, requirement definition, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in identifying process, system, data, and internal control gaps.

Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the ability to work across Finance, IT, business teams, and external consultants/vendors.

Fluent in English is a must.

Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk.
