Staffinc is building a dynamic finance team in Jakarta Selatan to drive the drawdown process, manage relationships with financial partners, and ensure compliant financing activities. The role supports end-to-end partnership onboarding and process improvement initiatives.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with experience in funding activities. Ideal candidates hold a finance-related degree, are detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Preferably has prior experience or exposure in funding/financing-related activities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze financial partners' needs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using Google Spreadsheet and other g-suites platforms (Google Drive, Google Slides, Google Calendar, Gmail)

Responsibilities

• Execute the drawdown process, including but not limited to managing documentation and approvals needed to support the company’s cashflow.
• Assist in the end-to-end process of acquiring new financial partners
• Handle administrative tasks for potential and ongoing partnerships
• Maintain alignment between internal teams and financial partners
• Ensure adherence to all internal and external compliance requirements in financing activities
• Oversee the onboarding process for new financial partners, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication
• Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives
