Job summary

The role requires 2 years in finance or admin, proficiency with Accurate and Excel, and strong attention to detail. You will assist in closing, reporting, budgeting, and cross-department coordination to ensure compliant, timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Vocational High School graduate in accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or administrative role.
• Proficient in finance software (e.g., Accurate) and Excel.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial administrative tasks, process and verify financial documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts.
• Record and update financial transactions in the system accurately.
• Perform regular reconciliation to ensure consistency between documents and recorded data.
• Prepare periodic reports related to payables and receivables (weekly/monthly).
• Support the finance and accounting team during closing and reporting periods.
• Assist in preparation of financial reports and budgeting processes.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate financial documentation and timely submissions.
• Organize and maintain financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support audits and external reporting.
• Liaise with vendors, clients, and partners regarding payment and billing matters.
