PT. Tratas Megah Lestari (TML) seeks a finance and administration professional in Jakarta to handle PO/SO/DO, AP and AR processes, and tax compliance. You will maintain records, manage travel, recruitment admin, and stock opname, contributing to efficient office and warehouse operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and 3+ years in Finance/Administration, with strong Excel/ERP skills and knowledge of Indonesian taxes (PPh 21/23, Final Article 4(2)).

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Administration, or HR Administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using ERP systems or other administrative software is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of sales administration processes (PO, SO, DO, invoices, tax invoices).
• Familiar with Indonesian taxation (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh Final Article 4(2)).
• Detail-oriented, organized, trustworthy, and confidential.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities within a team.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational and financial administration including PO, SO, DO, invoices, and tax invoices.
• Process AP: invoice verification, payment scheduling, vendor reconciliation, and payment docs.
• Prepare Indonesian withholding taxes (PPh 21/23 and Final Article 4(2)).
• Monitor AR: track due dates and follow up on receivables.
• Ensure accurate data entry, filing, and records management.
• Support daily office and warehouse operations including procurement and facility needs.
• Coordinate business travel arrangements and accommodations.
• Provide recruitment administrative support: interview scheduling and onboarding docs.
• Conduct stock opname and maintain inventory records.
• Prepare periodic admin, financial, tax, and operational reports for management.
