Job summary

PT. Advanced Tech Indonesia is seeking a proactive Finance & Accounting Staff to join our team in Jakarta. You will handle daily finance tasks, ensure accurate recording of transactions, and support financial reporting with initiative and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree in accounting and 1–2 years of experience, with strong Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems. Independent, collaborative, and solution-oriented team players are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in finance and accounting; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficient with Excel and accounting software/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily finance and accounting activities with proper documentation.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Prepare invoices, payment requests, and financial documents.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of records.
• Assist in monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
• Monitor cash flow and support daily financial operations.
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation.
• Assist with tax administration and other finance-related matters.
• Ensure all financial transactions comply with policies and procedures.
• Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and propose solutions.
• Review processes and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Perform other finance duties as required.
