Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA seeks a Financial Manager fluent in Mandarin for its Bandung garment operations. You will oversee accounting, budgeting, and tax compliance, guiding a small finance team and reporting essential financials to management.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in finance, with at least 2 years in leadership, knowledge of PSAK and foreign enterprise finance operations, and proficiency in Accurate/Jurnal/MYOB plus advanced Excel. Free meals and accommodation provided.

Qualifications

• Indonesian native and Mandarin speaker.
• 5+ years financial work experience, including at least 2 years in management.
• Familiar with PSAK, tax regulations, and foreign enterprise finance operations.
• Proficient with financial software (Accurate, Jurnal, MYOB) and advanced Excel.
• Preference for manufacturing/clothing factory experience.

Responsibilities

Job description

Financial Manager (Mandarin Speaker and Garment Industry only)

Oversee the company's accounting, fund management, budget management, and cost control

Organize the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.) and report the operating situation to management on a regular basis

Responsible for tax declaration and compliance management, including VAT, corporate income tax, employee personal income tax (PPh 21)

Monitor the company's cash flow, optimize the efficiency of the use of funds, and maintain the relationship with the bank

Lead a financial team of 3-4 people (cashier, accountant, data analysis), reasonably allocate tasks and guide work

Participate in the company's business decision-making, provide financial analysis and risk warning, and support business development

About you

Native speaker of Indonesian, fluent in Chinese (HSK5 or above or fluent in spoken Chinese)

Finance, accounting, finance and other related majors, more than 5 years of financial work experience, of which at least 2 years of management experience

Familiar with Indonesian Financial Reporting Standards (SAK/PSAK), tax regulations, and the financial operations of foreign enterprises

Proficient use of financial software (such as Accurate, Jurnal, MYOB, etc.) and advanced Excel functions

Preference will be given to those with financial experience in manufacturing and clothing factories
