About the role
Take overall charge of the financial management of the Indonesian plant, with full control over accounting, taxation, funding, cost, budgeting, and internal controls.
Key responsibilities
Establish and improve the plant's financial management systems, approval processes, and internal control framework to mitigate tax, funding, and compliance risks
Prepare annual budgets, control expenses and costs, analyse profits, and produce business analysis reporting
Oversee tax planning, compliant tax filing, response to tax audits, and annual audit and review work
Manage funding plans, coordinated payments, and cash flow to safeguard the plant's funds and ensure stable operations
Manage the finance team, including task allocation, accounting review, staff development, and process optimisation
Liaise with group finance, local accounting firms, tax authorities, banks, and park compliance inspections
About you
Bachelor's degree or above in finance or accounting
3+ years of experience as a Finance Manager in an Indonesian manufacturing plant
Well-versed in Indonesian tax laws and full-spectrum financial compliance for industrial enterprises, with complete experience in responding to tax audits and annual reviews
Proficient in manufacturing cost accounting, budget management, and financial internal controls
Strong risk awareness, skilled in tax compliance, funding risk control, and process building
Proficient in financial systems, report analysis, and business review
Able to communicate with and liaise with commercial and government counterparts without barriers
Strong management skills, high stress tolerance, available to start promptly
Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; Mandarin speakers preferred
