Job summary

Arethia in Indonesia seeks a Finance Manager to lead the finance function, ensuring local compliance and alignment with global standards. You will report to the MD Indonesia and collaborate with the Global Head of Finance in Switzerland to drive the regional finance agenda.

You will lead month-end closing, group reporting, statutory filings, intercompany processes, and ERP-related transformations while building a strong finance team and partnering with business leaders to enable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including 3 years in Big 4.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical industry preferred.
• Brevet A, B, and C certifications preferred.
• ERP systems experience including implementation or process improvement.
