Job summary

PwC Consulting Indonesia is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager to reimagine and modernize finance functions. You will work with CFOs and senior leaders to design and deliver large-scale initiatives that improve governance, performance, and decision-making through digital tech, data, automation, and new operating models.

You will lead client engagements across finance strategy, operating model design, process transformation, ERP-enabled programs, shared services, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 6+ years of professional experience.
• Strong background in finance transformation, ERP programs, and automation initiatives.
• Experience advising CFOs and senior leaders on transformation roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation projects across multiple industries.
• Advise on target operating models, governance, and roadmaps.
• Assess current finance processes and data landscape for improvements.
• Design future-state operating models and technology-enabled processes.
• Drive ERP and digital finance programs including SAP, Oracle, Workday, and related tools.
• Develop business cases, implementation plans, and executive presentations.
• Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholders.
