Job summary

Blibli OMG, part of Blibli Group, is seeking a Finance Team Leader to head the Finance Depo team, oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes in Medan. You will monitor AR performance, drive collection efficiency, and ensure compliant transactions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support healthy cash flow and ongoing process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting with strong Accounts Receivable exposure and team supervision.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, credit control, and collection strategies.
• Proficient in accounting software, particularly Accurate, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Finance Depo team, ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections.
• Monitor AR aging, follow up on overdue accounts, and develop strategies to improve collection efficiency.
• Review and approve invoices, credit notes, and reconciliation reports.
• Ensure all AR transactions are recorded accurately and comply with financial standards and policies.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual AR reports for management review.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve payment and billing issues.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to streamline AR workflows.
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management activities.

What You’ll Bring To The Team

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday.
