Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in a Public Accounting Firm is required.
• Experience in industrial estate development, property development, construction, or project-based businesses is preferred.
• Solid grounding in financial reporting, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, treasury, fixed assets, and external audit.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and project accounting is expected.

Aufgaben

• Review general ledger, monthly balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings.
• Prepare financial statements, including cash flow statements and consolidated statements where applicable.
• Review corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, and assist with tax audits.
• Oversee billing, receivables, and revenue recognition processes.
• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy and tax compliance.
• Monitor cash positions, bank balances, and reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation accounting.
• Monitor project costs and cost allocations across COA and projects.
• Reconcile intercompany transactions and liaise with external auditors.
