Job summary

Josephine Anni seeks a senior finance leader to oversee finance, accounting, and tax, partnering with the Board on performance reviews and long-term planning. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of advisory and compliance experience across finance disciplines.

On-site position based in Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat, Indonesia, focusing on accurate reporting, stakeholder engagement, and adherence to tax and auditing standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax with advisory and compliance.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Experience in PPh 21, 23(4/2) and PPn calculations.
• Proficient in accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance, accounting, and tax function.
• Support Board of Directors in business reviews.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
• Generate reports and analyses for decision making.
• Handle treasury activities including banking relationships and cash management.
• Ensure compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
• Oversee tax, internal controls, and audits.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the finance, accounting, and tax function
• Supporting Board of Directors in all business reviews
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
• Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
• Managing banking relationships, banking reconciliation, cash management and other treasury related activities
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
• Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Have minimum 3+ years of solid experience in a similar role with proven advisory and compliance experience across finance, accounting, and tax fields
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
• Experienced in PPh 21, 23 4(2) and PPn calculation
• Experienced in using any Accounting software
• Able to work on site and willing to be placed at Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
