Job summary

PT Ancora Indonesia Resources Tbk is seeking a Finance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting in a dynamic mining environment.

You will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory adherence across monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, with 3–5 years in finance and 1–2 years in supervision. Strong PSAK/IFRS knowledge and advanced Excel are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting and tax, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Solid understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and PSAK/IFRS accounting standards.
• Experience handling tax audits and coordination with tax authorities is preferred.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken) is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Taxation; Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hands on daily finance, accounting and tax operations, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations and tax reports
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with PSAK/IFRS standards
• Manage end-to-end tax compliance, including calculation, reporting, and timely filing of corporate tax, VAT, and withholding tax obligations
• Coordinate with tax consultants and authorities on tax audits, reviews, and dispute resolution
• Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are in place for all financial and tax-related processes
• Support external and internal audit processes by preparing schedules and required documentation
• Stay updated on the latest accounting standards and tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance

About you
