Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Prepare quarterly financial statements
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Prepare accounting data for tax reporting and reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger and subsidiary ledgers; post journal entries
• Manage fixed assets: depreciation, additions, transfers, disposals; reconcile records
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Review AP records
• Compile finance documents for annual audits
• Prepare PPJB documents for vendors (tax administration requirements)
• Update BPJS TK monthly
• Perform other finance tasks as instructed
