Job summary

PT. TRIDENT TREEHOUSE CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced Finance & Tax Officer to manage day-to-day finance operations, ensure full tax compliance, and own the monthly closing process.

You will coordinate with management, HR, and external tax consultants to ensure timely tax payments and reporting. Responsibilities include recording transactions, managing payables/receivables, bank reconciliations, and preparing financial statements and tax returns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation or Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax, ideally covering full-cycle bookkeeping.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian taxation: PPh 21 (TER), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29 and VAT.
• Hands-on experience with Coretax, e-Faktur and e-Bupot.
• Experience preparing monthly financial statements and closing.
• Experience with accounting software (Jurnal by Mekari, Accurate, or similar).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Detail-oriented, honest, discreet with confidential data, and reliable on deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Record daily transactions and journal entries accurately in the accounting system.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment follow-up.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Run the monthly closing: accruals, prepayments, depreciation and fixed asset register.
• Prepare monthly financial statements (balance sheet, profit & loss, cash flow).
• Calculate, pay and report PPh 21 (TER), PPh 23, PPh 4(2), PPh 25/29 and VAT (PPN).
• Prepare and submit monthly tax returns (SPT Masa) and the annual corporate tax return (SPT Tahunan Badan).
• Issue and manage e-Faktur and withholding slips (e-Bupot) through Coretax.
• Prepare payments to vendors and ensure proper supporting documents and approvals.
• Deliver monthly financial and tax reports to management on time.

About you
