Yellow Fit Kitchen is seeking an AT Manager (Accounting & Tax) to lead finance functions across YellowFit Kitchen and Mirugo. The role blends strategic financial leadership with hands-on problem solving, focusing on reporting, compliance, digitalization, and system development with IT.

You will oversee reporting for both entities, drive budgeting and cash flow, implement strong controls, and build a capable Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5–7 years in finance/accounting/tax with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading finance teams across multi-entity operations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, ERP familiarity, and ability to translate business needs into system specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for both entities.
• Manage accounting and tax compliance across multi-entity operations.
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial controls.
• Develop and implement internal control systems.
• Drive digitalization of finance processes and reporting.
