Yellow Fit Kitchen is seeking an AT Manager (Accounting & Tax) to lead finance functions across YellowFit Kitchen and Mirugo. The role blends strategic financial leadership with hands-on problem solving, focusing on reporting, compliance, digitalization, and system development with IT.

You will oversee reporting for both entities, drive budgeting and cash flow, implement strong controls, and build a capable Finance & Accounting team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 5–7 years in finance/accounting/tax with 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience leading finance teams across multi-entity operations.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets, ERP familiarity, and ability to translate business needs into system specs.

AT Manager (Accounting & Tax) responsible for Accounting & Tax functions across 2 businesses: YellowFit Kitchen and Mirugo. The role combines strategic financial leadership with hands-on operational problem-solving, with a focus on financial reporting, accounting compliance, digitalization, and system development in collaboration with IT.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and analysis for both business entities
• Manage accounting and tax compliance across multi-business operations
• Lead budgeting, cash flow management, and financial control functions
• Develop and implement financial control and internal control systems
• Drive digitalization of finance processes and reporting
• Develop and optimize finance systems in collaboration with IT teams
• Lead, develop, and build accountability within the Finance & Accounting team
• Provide financial analysis and strategic insights to Management
• Coordinate with Management, Operations, and IT on finance-related initiatives

About you

• Minimum S1 qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax, with at least 2-3 years at Manager/Senior Supervisor level
• Proven experience leading and developing Finance & Accounting teams
• Experience managing multi-business or multi-entity operations, preferably in F&B, FMCG, Retail, or high-transaction industries
• Strong understanding of Financial Reporting, Accounting, Tax, Budgeting, Cash Flow, and Financial Control
• Demonstrated capability in financial analysis and providing insights and recommendations to Management
• Experience in digitalization of finance processes and reporting
• Experience developing or designing technology-based finance systems and workflows, such as digital approval, automated reporting, dashboards, or system integration
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP/accounting systems and BI/dashboard tools is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Strong leadership capability with ability to build accountability and drive team performance
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on in resolving operational finance issues
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in coordinating with Management, Operations, and IT
• Ability to understand business needs and translate them into system requirements for development with IT teams
