Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Finance, Accounting & Tax leader to guide financial planning, reporting, and compliance for building management operations. The role requires steering a team, coordinating with internal departments and external partners, and ensuring robust cost control.

The candidate should bring a minimum 5–7 years in finance with 2–3 years in a managerial role, strong Excel/ERP proficiency, and deep knowledge of budgeting, tax, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax with 2–3 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in Building Management, Property Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or Facility Management preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow, AR/AP, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all Finance, Accounting & Tax activities.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow projections, and financial planning.
• Oversee accounting transaction processes, monthly closing, and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor AR, AP, collection, and payment processes.
• Ensure tax calculations, reporting, and compliance are completed accurately and timely.
• Control building operational costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets.
• Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Coordinate with internal departments, tenants, vendors, banks, auditors, and other external parties.
• Ensure implementation of SOPs, internal controls, and financial policies.
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
