Job summary

PT Xiangyu Trading Indonesia, based in South Jakarta, is seeking a Finance Supervisor or Manager (Tax) fluent in Mandarin to lead financial operations and ensure timely, accurate reporting.

The role requires 3–5+ years in finance/accounting, strong Indonesian tax knowledge, and Mandarin/English proficiency. You will oversee tax filings, treasury, audits, and collaborate with auditors and banks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3–5+ years of finance/accounting experience (logistics/trade preferred).
• Strong command of Indonesian tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Handle accounting operations including routine bookkeeping, voucher review and account reconciliation.
• Manage general ledger, ensuring compliance with Indonesian standards and tax regulations.
• File taxes on time (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax) and coordinate audits.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, monitor cash flow, and support cost control.
• Assist with budget preparation and financial analysis.
• Maintain relationships with banks and support treasury/financing matters.
• Work with external auditors to complete annual audit and regulatory examinations.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, handling all tax related work. What you'll be doing

• Handle accounting operations, including routine bookkeeping, voucher review, and account reconciliation;
• Manage the general ledger system and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies;
• File taxes on time (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, etc.) and coordinate tax audits, inspections, and related matters;
• Manage accounts receivable/payable, monitor cash flow, and support cost control;
• Assist with budget preparation and control, and produce financial analysis and other financial reports;
• Maintain relationships with banks and coordinate the preparation and submission of materials for treasury/financing matters;
• Work with external auditors to complete the annual audit and compliance reviews, and respond to examinations by external regulatory authorities;
• Perform other tasks assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
• Experience: Min 3-5+ years of finance/accounting experience (logistics/trade industry preferred); strong command of Indonesian tax regulations;
• Language: Strong proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
