Job summary

PT NEW CORAL SEA is seeking an experienced finance professional to lead daily accounting operations, manage the general ledger, and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax rules and company policies. The role requires coordinating tax filings, audits, and banking relations while supporting budgeting and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting with ≥5 years’ experience, fluent Mandarin and English, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, with tax exposure.
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance.
• Experience in logistics or trading industries preferred.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, voucher review, and account reconciliation.
• Manage the general ledger and ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit tax filings on time, including VAT, corporate income tax, withholding tax, and other applicable taxes.
• Coordinate tax audits, tax inspections, and other tax-related matters with relevant authorities.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, monitor cash flow, and support cost control activities.
• Assist with budgeting, budget control, financial analysis, and preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain relationships with banks and coordinate the preparation and submission of documents for treasury and financing matters.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits and compliance reviews.
• Respond to examinations and requests from external regulatory authorities.
• Perform other finance and accounting duties as assigned by management.
